Free Standard Delivery — Launch Offer

Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders during our launch period. 2–5 business days. No minimum spend.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking

All orders are dispatched with full tracking via Yodel. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Yodel will leave instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect from a local depot. Beauty.Direct is not responsible for parcels that are uncollected or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at care@beauty.direct and we will investigate promptly.

Standard Delivery Rates (currently waived)

The following rates apply outside the free delivery launch period:

Standard Delivery — £4.99
2–5 business days. Free on orders over £50.

Express Delivery — £8.99
Next business day. Orders must be placed before 12pm to guarantee next-day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following business day.
