Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Important — Beauty & Fragrance Products
Due to the nature of beauty and fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened, tested or partially used. This includes fragrances where the seal has been broken or the product cannot be returned in the same physical condition as purchased. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at care@beauty.direct to request a return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at care@beauty.direct if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened, tested or used fragrance and beauty products
- Sale items and gift cards
- Personalised or custom orders

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and, once accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to process this. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
