Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, returning it is straightforward.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item.

Email care@beauty.direct with your order number and we'll sort it from there.

What we can accept back

Items must be unused and in their original condition — that means the cellophane seal intact, tags on, and in the original packaging. Think of it this way: if it looks the way it arrived, we can take it back.

What we can't accept back

If the cellophane has been removed, the bottle opened, or the fragrance tested, we're unable to offer a refund. This applies to all fragrance products without exception. If you're unsure whether a scent is right for you before committing, we recommend ordering a sample first.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it over, we'll let you know. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original delivery charges aren't refunded.

Return postage

Return postage is your responsibility. Use a tracked service — we can't be held responsible for anything lost on the way back to us.

Something wrong with your order?

If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, that's on us. Email care@beauty.direct and we'll make it right.
